About Dr. Jeffress
Dr. Andrea Jeffress is a board-certified physician & business technology consultant. Besides practicing obstetrics and gynecology, she helps entrepreneurs increase sales through in-video marketing technology that allows customers to buy without navigating away from the video.
Entering college at 14, she earned a BA with a concentration in Natural Science from Simon’s Rock of Bard College at 18. She graduated from Yale School of Medicine and completed residency at Yale New Haven Hospital. A veteran OB/GYN clinician, Dr. Jeffress is trained in minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopy, hysteroscopy and robotics). She provides world-class care to women along a diverse spectrum of ages so they can optimize their health, overcome challenges and live a life of boundless possibilities.
As a frontline worker, she helped coordinate her city’s COVID-19 enhanced screening and testing program. Independently, she was the physician leader of Blade Doctors Advanz Testing Team which advanced to the semi-finals of the $5M XPRIZE Global Rapid Testing Challenge.
A distinguished 2019 Athena business award winner, Dr. Jeffress founded several small businesses and is a #1 best-selling author of “SMART JOCKS” and “The Videopreneur Manual”.
She is a dynamic keynote speaker on topics about using the power of education, health, sport, business, and technology to bridge the gap of economic disparities.
She has been featured on several network affiliate TV stations for ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX and PBS and in several print publications: Erie Times, Lake Erie Lifestyle, Her Times, and GoErie.
Dr. Jeffress is a dedicated humanitarian and philanthropist, supporting organizations in the USA and abroad. She is a board member of Mercyhurst University and Advisory Board of Erie Bank. MY STORY
Leaving home at age 14 for college, I know what it means to be given a hand up and not a handout. I was raised by a single mother, scarred by alcoholism, domestic violence and divorce. Surrounded by teenage pregnancy, drugs, gangs and crime, going to college early literally saved my life.
Twenty-four years after achieving my dream of becoming a physician, I was thriving, and my family was excelling. Then my parents fell ill: Dad with cancer and Mom with a stroke.
Suddenly, I needed to design a life outside medicine with the flexibility and resources to care for and be with them. So, I nurtured my gifts and purpose to birth my passion for helping entrepreneurs increase sales through in-video marketing technology that allows customers to buy without navigating away from the video – and the rest is history.
Naturally, rising to success despite tough obstacles was not easy. So, I’m passionate about inspiring people to grow beyond their circumstances to propel themselves to an elite level life.
